Troop 166 continues to thrive during the stay-at-home order. Here’s how we’re staying connected while staying apart:
We have split our standard 90-minute weekly troop meeting into two 40-minute Zoom meetings – Mondays and Wednesdays at 7pm. Monday is focused on working towards rank advancement, while Wednesday is a fun virtual social gathering.
With time on their hands, scouts are also making great progress working through requirements at home, and we have made scouting easier during this time by enabling parents to sign off on their scouts’ accomplishments.
