March Troop Outing

On Friday, March 11th the Troop will be traveling to Camp Falling Rock near Newark for an in-cabin weekend of activities and adventure.

We will be staying in the brand-new Sequoia Lodge, near Lake Pee-Wee.

We will meet at the church on Friday at 6:00 PM for a 6:30 departature.

In addition to the ever popular “cat-and-mouse”, Scouts will have the opportunity to work on skills and advancement.

We’ll return on Sunday at about noon.

Cost for Scouts attending the outing will be $18. As always, the Scouts will plan their meals, cooking and eating together as a troop. Please do not bring any other food or snacks.

Scouts should bring a sleeping bag and a pad. Tents will not be needed.

Scouts should bring warm clothes, as we will be outside for most of the day on Saturday.

Remember that we travel in our “Class A” uniforms.
