Each year in December we gather to plan outings for the coming year. This Friday we will meet at the Church and spend the evening and overnight in Fellowship hall.
Please bring any ideas that you have for outings for the coming year. Also bring any schedule or dates that we need to be aware of in the planning process.
Bring sleeping bags and pads and personal gear. The adults leaders will provide the food.
Plan to arrive at 6 PM on Friday (December 10).
Parents are welcome to attend and observe the Scout-led planning process. Please let me know if you would like to eat (pizza and wings) with us.
After the planning sessions we will be eating and playing games board games and video games (Rated T-Teen and below, no “first person shooter” games, please) and watching movies (PG-13, subject to Scoutmaster approval).
We will be finished and ready to leave at 8 AM sharp on Saturday morning. Many of us will be traveling to the Bexley Pancake Breakfast immediately after the outing. We will transport any Scouts wishing to attend the Pancake Breakfast at Jeffry Mansion.
The Pancake breakfast is a separate event from the overnight at the Church for planning and has a $3 charge for Scouts not working at the event.
